Rev.Fr.Fedalis Emmanuel Fernando - Native of Vembar(Tuticorin Diocese)was born
in Jaffna Srilanka.
Mgr. Emmanuel's
parents are of Vembar origin and he hails from a large family, 4 of whom are religious - 2 priests and 2 nuns. Mgr.
Fernando is the youngest son of late Mr V X B Fernando (Civil Engineer) and late Mrs Gnanasorubi Fernando of Vembar, South
India. He is the brother of Mrs Rita Vas, late Anton Fernando, late Fr. Joe Fernando (Jaffna diocese), Sr M Electa A.C., Sr.
