the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and
see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for

Our dear Ma/big sister,
TPS OTM hereby humbly asking your blessings on happy feast of OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL today and we take this
opportunity to mail to you.
Firstly, wish to inform, Rajam and I had comfortable and
enjoyable stay (on 1st and 2nd July ) in your beautiful house “Helen” (“Home with
Love, Peace, Charity and Prayers) when we came to Patnam for dear grand nephew Prashanth and Gamini’s wedding and house
warming in “Stella Maris” on 4th July. “Helen” is a open house for free accommodation
and free meals for religious and specially your brothers and sisters. Thanks to dear Lali and Lali for organizing everything
and meals and bed coffee for visitors.
Today’s feast is well celebrated in Patnam by
“Carmel Matha Sabhai” President with blessings of Patnam people and PP. The word “Carmel” has some
significance specially in Dr. Athan’s family and in Patnam. Athan’s dear dad Mr. Arulappa A. Kattar
named the pannai house as “Carmel Cottage” remembering dear Carmel mami. Dear Albin Athan and Stella akka also
gave the same name to their house 124 V.E. Rd, Tuticorin. Stella akka’s place is known for “House
of prayer, daily Rosary, promote Faith, family unity and happiness, Seminarians and where “How Great Thou Art”song
rings our ears.”
Patnam’s wedding Hall is also named as “Carmel
Mahal”. Thanks to dear Fabian Annan who took the bold step and completed this great project with moral support of Patnam
relatives local and overseas, for the benefit of all Patnam people from generation to generation.
TPS OTM is very indebted to you and we gratefully remember your blessings and loving presence for the soft opening
of “Stella Maris” on 28th October 2010 when you cut the ribbon. Secondly you blessed the newly wedded
couple dear PRASHANTH and GAMINI for their home coming to “Stella Maris” on 4th July 2011. All our
close relatives and specially all our Canada nephews and grand nephews, and grand nieces received your blessings on their
knees. Both above are historical events in TPS OTM family. Praise the Lord.
We also thank both Appu and Evaline for their daily help to you at “Helen” and specially to L&L for
their love and gentleness shower on you at all times.You are really lucky and never “Lonely” since Sacred
Heart, Carmel Matha, JMJ, St. Anthony are always with you.
