Formal and Non Formal Education

Those children who are able to study are sent to school for formal education.  For those who cannot get formal education, vocational training such a handicrafts, tailoring, gardening etc. is being imparted.

Mode of Mobility

There are children who move around with the help of triwheelers only.  Some use their own hand power to drive them and some others need the generous help of their inmates and friends.

Whatever is their physical and mental condition.  The inmates are trained to take care of themselves as much as it is possible

Health & Hygiene

Regular training in matters of health and hygiene, is provided.  Periodical counselling is given to those in need.

This home has trained the staff as well as para medical workers who get involved in the neighbourhood development which is also the charism and commitment of the Sacred Heart Sisters.
